Changes to travel plans are permitted, subject to any difference in Supplement cost being paid and a £10 admin fee.

Admin fees examples for changing travel date (always before the date of travel):

1 passenger holding Solo supplement and a Super Off-Peak ticket

• £10 Change fee for altering the Supplement, no charge for altering the Super Off-Peak – Total £10, plus fare difference if the original supplement quota/fare is no longer available at the time of the change.

2 passengers holding 2× Solo supplements and 2× Super Off-Peak tickets

• £10 Change fee for altering each Supplement, no change for altering the Super Off-Peak fares – Total £20, plus fare difference if the original supplement quota/fare is no longer available at the time of the change.

2 passengers holding a 1× Twin supplement and 2× Super Off-Peak tickets

• £10 Change fee for altering the Supplement, no change for altering the Super Off-Peak fares – Total £10, plus fare difference if the original supplement quota/fare is no longer available at the time of the change.

Refunds of Solo or Twin Supplements can be made up to 7 days before the planned date and time of arrival. After this time no refunds apply.
A refund amount depends on the time of cancellation, details as follows:

• Up to 14 days BEFORE the date of arrival – Refund of 100% of the Supplement fee paid, minus £10 admin fee PER TICKET
• Up to 7 days BEFORE the date of arrival – Refund of 75% of the Supplement fee paid, minus £10 admin fee PER TICKET
• 6 or fewer days BEFORE the date of arrival – No refund

Changes to Sleeper Berth bookings can be made, prior to the advertised departure time, subject to payment of any additional fare and a £10 admin fee per person.

For example:

For customers arriving on Monday a 100% refund is available until 23:59 on the Monday 2 weeks prior; a 75% refund is available until 23:59 on the previous Monday; no refund applies on or after the previous Tuesday. All subject to the admin fees as stated above.

Examples of admin fees applicable to refunds (no refund on the Supplement 6 or fewer days before the date of arrival, as above):

1 passenger holding a Solo Supplement and a Super Off-Peak ticket:

• £10 admin fee for refunding the Supplement, £10 admin fee for refunding the Super Off-Peak – Total £20

2 passengers holding 2× Solo Supplements and 2× Super Off-Peak tickets:

• £10 admin fee for refunding each Supplement, £10 admin fee for refunding the Super Off-Peak fares – Total £30

2 passengers holding a 1× Twin Supplement and 2x Super Off-Peak tickets:

• £10 admin fee for refunding the Supplement, £10 admin fee for refunding the Super Off-Peak fares – Total £20

In summary there is always a £10 admin fee for each Supplement, and a £10 admin fee per transaction (not per ticket) for Anytime, Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak fare refunds.
