You may be entitled to a refund if you no longer need your Season Ticket. We calculate any refund from the day the ticket was returned to us, and we work out your refund based on the difference between the price you paid and the cost of a ticket for the time held.

If you arrive at your destination more than 15 minutes late because your GWR train was delayed or cancelled, you can claim compensation. We need to receive your claim within 28 days of the delayed journey.
