Amend your booking
You can change your single tickets (Advance Standard Single, Super Off-Peak Single, Off-Peak Single, Anytime Single and First Class single tickets) to a different time or day by paying any difference in the fare. You must do this before you travel.
If you have multiple tickets for your journey, you can only amend one ticket at a time. Admin fees may apply.
Advance Single fares vs ‘walk-up’ returns
If you have Advance Single tickets for both your journeys and either want to make a change to one or both (or missed your outward leg), a £10 admin fee for each ticket may be chargeable. In this case you may find purchasing a new Off-Peak Return fare is actually cheaper.
